Your information.

The free starting plan

Your answers are processed in your browser using preset guidance. They are not submitted unless you choose to send a project inquiry. Downloading the plan saves a text file on your device.

Demo requests and the workflow calculator

Choosing a demo or sending calculator numbers opens a form with that context. This draft is kept in this browser tab’s temporary storage so you do not have to type it again. It is not sent while you type or use the calculator. You can remove the context before sending. After a successful submission the saved context is cleared. Submitted requests may include the selected example, requested changes, an optional budget, task description, calculator inputs and estimates. Tammy’s private view may include calculated review notes based on those estimates; they are not verified savings.

The website assistant

The current assistant uses prepared, topic-based answers rather than a connected AI model. Chat text stays in this page unless you explicitly choose to include it when submitting an inquiry. Submitted briefs may include your goal, tools or constraints, optional budget range and deadline. Third-party AI activation would require a separate provider and privacy review before use.

Project inquiries & product interest

If you submit a form, Tammy Builds stores your name, email address, request type, message, selected direction, any included starting-plan answers, submission time, and whether you opted into product updates. This information is used to review and respond to your request. Marketing consent is optional for project inquiries. Product interest requests specifically ask permission for relevant updates.

Records are stored in the site’s hosted database and restricted to the configured administrator. Submitted requests are also forwarded to support@tammybuilds.com through Tammy’s connected email account. The interim forwarding service checks hourly, so notifications are not instant. The current version does not automatically email product information, reports or marketing messages to visitors. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or confidential records.

Authentication & hosting

Account access uses ChatGPT sign-in. The site receives your account identifier and email address, with a display name where supplied, to identify you and enforce access restrictions. Hosting and sign-in providers may process technical request information under their own policies.

Abuse prevention

The inquiry form uses a temporary hourly hash of the connecting IP address to limit requests. Old rate-limit hashes are removed after 48 hours when the form receives another request. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the inquiry database. Technical hosting logs may contain request information. This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Client Toolkit and planned AI product support

The current Toolkit operates locally on your computer. Saved projects and exported reports are not automatically uploaded to this website. The planned AI product support assistant is not active. Customer project information and decision reports must not be used as shared support-bot knowledge. Any future AI support release needs tested privacy controls and clear service terms before use.

External tools

Demo and profile links may open other websites. Review their privacy practices before sharing information, and use sample data first.

Reading preferences

The A+ reading options save only your text-size and contrast choices in this browser’s local storage. They apply as you move between pages. These preferences are not sent with an inquiry. Use Reset reading options or clear this site’s browser storage to remove them.

Your choices

Request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal from updates by emailing support@tammybuilds.com. Inquiry records are retained until reviewed for removal or you request deletion; an automatic retention schedule has not been enabled.
